What is Wynne Ware?

We are an online retailer offering a curated collection of homewares from designers worldwide as well as a selection of vintage pieces. Read more about us here and here

Where do your designer collections come from?

Our collection is sourced from all over the world. We work with designers from countries including Austria, Denmark, England, Ethiopia, Finland, France, Italy, Latvia, the Netherlands, Scotland, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, and the United States. Our collection is always growing. We love to highlight the designers we work with in our ongoing interview series, in our Journal.

Where is your company located?

Our company is based in San Francisco, California.

Are you open to brand partnerships? 

Absolutely! We are always interested in learning about new partnership opportunities with like-minded brands and designers. Please feel free to contact us with information on your brand and the opportunity. We would love to hear from you.

ORDERS

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards as well as Wynne Ware issued gift cards and promotional codes.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately with details and photographic evidence. In the case of damage incurred during shipment, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery in order to process the refund.

What is your shipping policy?

We ship orders within the U.S. for a flat rate of $10 via USPS, UPS, or Fedex. Please let us know if you have a preference, otherwise we will ship with the best option for your delivery address. Please note that heavier or oversized orders are subject to higher shipping fees and will be noted on the product pages. Please see our full shipping policy here

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery date. The item must be returned in unused condition in its original package. International orders and marked down or final sale items are final sale only and may not be returned. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Please see our full return policy here

Do you accept exchanges?

We are unable to process online exchanges. If you would like a different item, you may return the original item and then place a new order. If you need assistance, please contact us.

How are items packaged?

All of our packaging, including shipping boxes, parcel tape, tissue paper, stationary, etc., is plastic free and is recyclable and biodegradable. Occasionally we receive a shipment containing plastic from one of our designers, and if that happens, we don't remove the plastic before shipping it to you. We encourage our customers to recycle or reuse all shipping materials received. We also do not print order receipts and confirmations for shipment. If you have deleted your order confirmation email, please contact us and we will be able to email you a new copy. We're constantly looking for ways to reduce our footprint and will continue to work with designers to reduce packaging as much as possible. 

OTHER

Can I purchase an item as a gift?

Absolutely! We are more than happy to accommodate packages being mailed as gifts. Should you wish to send an item as a gift please contact us and we will give your purchase special attention including a handwritten note. Additionally, online gift cards are available for purchase here. All of our packages come in our elegant bespoke packaging.
